BEYOND APPEARANCE TOWARDS FUNCTIONALITY

Great architectural design goes beyond visual aesthetics. It carefully considers usability, spatial organization, and long-term value. We approach every project with purpose, designing spaces that are practical, efficient, and aligned with real-world needs.

BEYOND APPEARANCE
TOWARDS FUNCTIONALITY

The company was originally established in 1994 under the name "Urts Cooperative", and was later reorganized as "NG LLC" in 2002, continuing its operations successfully to the present day. Our firm specializes in architectural and urban planning design for residential, public, and industrial buildings, holding an official license to design buildings of up to 16 floors.

Over the years, we have successfully completed architectural designs for more than 300 buildings across Ulaanbaatar and throughout Mongolia.

Starting from 2026, we continue our operations under the brand "Nine Up", combining decades of professional experience with modern architectural design, international standards, and a forward-looking vision focused on creating long-term value.

Nine Up aims not only to design buildings, but also to create meaningful spaces that deliver lasting value and functionality.
